Peter Pauper Press

Years ago while browsing on Amazon, I found Little Pink Books from Peter Pauper Press and thought they would make such nice gifts. Lately I found out that they have quite a few items that are high quality, don’t cost a lot and come in a wide variety of designs and colors. This is what I reviewed:
This is probably one of my favorite items, the Blue Elegance Designer Rollerball Pen, which sells for $14.95 and comes in its own gift box [you can purchase replaceable refill cartridges]. This pen writes beautifully, is comfortable, and it isn’t top heavy like some other pens I have used.
The next item is the Small Format Butterflies Journal, $8.99, with 160 lined pages, an elastic band place holder, thick, acid-free paper, and a pocket in the inside cover. It matches the rollerball pen perfectly also! These are very nice looking and fit in a handbag or tote perfectly.
Very functional and not like anything I’ve seen before, the i-Clips [I received Floral Silhouette] are a bookmark, fridge magnet, paper clip, etc. They are only $3.95 for 8 clips in a variety of patterns, are laminated and come in a clear plastic sleeve. You fold them over your page to mark it or unfold them and use as a magnet.
Next up is the Owls Beaded Book Mark. How did they know I love owls? These are printed on coated cardstock and come in a clear plastic sleeve [the same as the i-clips] and sell for $2.95 each. I left mine in the sleeve and use it like that. Since we read so many books, you can never have enough book marks because they seem to come up missing [when MH uses them I should say].
This next one is definitely a great gift; the Artisan Believe Mini Book, which have soft-leather like covers, elegant embossing, gilded pages, a ribbon book mark, and a gift card pocket inside the front cover. This one has 96 pages, sells for $5.95, and has inspirational quotes.
A Century of Christmas Memories 1900-1999 is a hardback book filled with pictures along with information for the years 1900-1999. Some of which are Elvis, the Muppets, It’s A Wonderful Life, and the Poinsettia. It also has a to and from ‘sticker’ on the inside cover for gift giving. It has 128 pages, full color with dust jacket and sells for $12.95.
The last item is The Little Pink Book of Etiquette: A Civilized Guide to Getting It Right by Ruth Cullen, $9.95. This is a pink hardcover spiral bound book with a pink elastic marker and 160 pages of information to know how to do the right thing in any circumstance. It comes with a table of contents to find what you are looking for easier. Example: Greetings and Introductions–in some countries making eye contact while speaking is rude, while in the U.S. it shows respect.
There are so many items to choose from- organizers, books, notecards, calendars, photo albums, journals, address books, holiday cards and more. If you are anything like me, you will be spending a long time on their website trying to decide what you like the best. I will absolutely do more shopping here in the future because the prices are right and the products are nice. Two thumbs up once again from me!
‘I received samples from Peter Pauper to facilitate my review and I was not compensated in any other way. This is my honest opinion only.’
