Tiger’s Milk Bars, made by Schiff Nutrition, were introduced in the 1960′s and are known as the Original Nutrition Bar. They have 16 vitamins and minerals, 9-10 grams of protein, and 0 grams of trans fat. The regular bars have 5-6 grams of fat, o cholesterol, 60-80 milligrams of sodium, 85-140 milligrams of potassium and 18-19 grams of carbohydrates. They are also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and C. There are 4 flavors to choose from and come in two sizes, regular and king sized:

My Opinion:
I’ve tried all four flavors and prefer the peanut butter crunch bar the best. They actually do taste pretty good and are soft and chewy, which surprised me. Most energy and snack bars don’t really appeal to me. The things I didn’t care for are that they contain high fructose corn syrup and you can taste the soy but it isn’t as bad as some bars. I don’t like soy much because it doesn’t do very good on my stomach–gas. Since these are energy bars, it might not be such a good thing to eat if you are trying to lose weight because it has quite a bit of fat and carbs.
